Christmas Break Fun Fun!

Well finals are over and my vacation has started so now I can sleep! Palmer has other things on his mind he has been sick for 7 days now- and he is a moaner!! I don't like it when kids are sick its just no fun! I have to let him go with his dad for christmas and that makes me very sad! I don't share well as we all know. Cortney wants to go and see here sister and Mike changes his mind so much that now she has to go for christmas too!! So I will have only 2 kids for Christmas this year and I DONT LIKE IT!!!!!

So the other night I got into my van and was driving home and all of the sudden I hear a mans voice coming from behind me! It said UUGH I'm every bodies dream. I yelled WHAT!!??? and threw my van in park and jumped out, I slowly walked back up to the van to see the crazy man that I new was laying in the back of my van waiting to kill me! I looked and saw nothing in the back nothing under the seat so where the heck was the mans voice coming from? Well when I was calm enough to get back in I did and I start to drive again and what do I hear The mans voice again!! What the heck where was it coming from?! I had to look everywhere and wouldn't you know it was a stupid Crack Donalds toy a Hippo that says "UUGH I'm every Hippos Dream!" well I think it was more of a nightmare!! So now I'm not keeping the talking toys anymore they are evil!!

HOLY COW WHERE HAVE I BEEN!!!

Okay so I'm not real good at this blog thing- It is just one more thing to do!!! No I think about it all the time "Oh I should update my life, Humm but I think I will go to sleep" That is usually how it works! So where do I begin..........? Well lets do good news first Cortney is legally mine we had court a few weeks back and signed all the papers with the judge. We gave Cortney the chance to run but she still chose to stay!! So when Josh moved out she got her own room and we(my mom and Tricia and Cortney not me!!) painted it. She fixed up her dresser and has made a really cute room! Teah now has her own room and spends a lot of time in there. She just did a boutique and made a few wallets to sell and they turned out real cute( again with the cute word) Her new favorite thing is to play with this phone that her daddy got her (Rhegan has one too but that is a long story) She is doing great in school I can't wait for her to someday sing a solo. I wish she would just let it out she IS black you know! Rhegan is still being wonderful and sharing a room with Spiderman. She has been my fathers home teaching companion for the last couple months she is great fun! Palmer is every super hero around. He is Justis league all by himself! We joke that if he gets into a fight he is going to try and shoot a web at them or Ben Ten on them!! Today he was telling me about some store that he wanted to go to and I told him I didn't know where it was- he told me that it was past Wal-mart you know behind it- I said I don't know where that is- He says well we can get a map and read it and then we can find it! What maps has he been reading? I really want to try and write at least once a week so people don't think I have fallen off the face of the earth!

My life

My life is so-oo busy right now with school and homework and kids! I love it because I'm always doing something but sometimes I would like to slow down just a little bit! I told my parents and kids that after this semester I was going to quit. I told them I know everything that I need to know! HAHA HA Right! I have like ten more years of this!! I did get a 91 on my last math test!! I think even my teacher was shocked he put "Very Good" on it.
Oh the joy of teens just keeps getting better! I try to remind myself that I didn't like my mom too much when I was a teen so my girls not liking me is just to be expected! But it SUCKS!!!! I don't like being the evil mom! I have court for Cortney in a couple of weeks to get permanent custody of her. I told her now is your chance to make a break for it, she just looks at me like I'm crazy(well really I am!)It would break my heart if she left! Teah tells me she could go live with her dad. He said she can't come live with him just so she doesn't have to listen to me!! Ha Ha it's great to have him be so supportive can't change the past but at lest he is here now!! Rhegan is still pretty sweet to me every once in a while I might get some flack from her but not really! Palmer is just on crazy boy! I love having a boy so much he loves me so much! I'm still his best mom ( how long does that last?)

WOW!

So it has been a while since I updated my life postings!! Heck where has all my time gone?? School is sucking all my time away!! I know I said that I would post belly dancing footage and I will someday when I figure out how to put it on here! Life is great kids are great! Cortneys Birthday is Sunday She will be 14 I can't believe it! Then it will be Teah and she is going to be 15 and then Rhegan will be 13 what has happened to all my babies!! Palmer tells me he has to growup how else will he get to be like Spider man?!! Dang Spider man making my last baby grow!! Can't they stay small? Its like you can't wait for them to start walking and talking and then its like over night you loose your babies and they wake up with bad breath!!

One more Day of Joy!!

So I'm finding studying and life are sometimes hard to do. I have this problem I would rather do anything else but homework! Like yesterday we did some running around, I can't go into detail because if Cortney reads this the rule will be broken. The rule you ask? Well it goes whenever one of the kids( even grown kids) are gone we as a family do nothing but sit around and think about how much we miss them! So I had some running around to do and we didn't get back until like late p.m. By then I was to sleepy to do much studying I read but that put me out for the count!! So today after church I went up the canyon to do some homework. I found a really good spot. I got my fire going and my chair set up and was minding my own business when out of nowhere 2 Does( Doe a deer a female deer!) Came running down the hill right at me! I was like WO! The deers stopped and looked at me and ran back up the hill, right out onto the street. There were cars so the does ran back down the hill and at full speed were running right at me!! Here I am in one of those reclining chairs and for anyone who has tried to get out of one knows you can not do it fast! The only thing I could think of was to make a noise so they would see me before they ran me over I yelled "hey" because deers understand what that means right! Well it worked they stopped in mid jump no more than 6 ft away from me! They stared at me and then made a sharp turn and ran up the mountain behind me! I thought for sure I was going to be ran over and be able to be on the show When Wild Animals Attack! It was pretty crazy, cool but crazy! It started to rain shortly after that I stuck around until the Thunder and Lighting started and that was my que to go home. When I got home Cortney called and told Teah that all Mike feeds Palmer is power bars for every meal that just added to my happy thoughts about him I already had! My loving mom was making cookies and the dough was sitting there waiting for someone to eat it so I told them (Mom and Tricia) forget the spoon I want a bowl!!! Tricia wouldn't let me she said something about "We don't stress eat, lets do something else!". Of course we do what is she thinking! Really it was a good idea because we decided to practice our belly dancing ruotine. We might (well really we do ) have a performance on Friday!! That means you too Aunt July!! I need all the practice I can get! So we went over it 500 times and then the next thing I knew Traci and Addie were there ( Teah and Rhegan were already there) and we might of ended up having a dance athon on the back porch. Traci can still do the electric train I'm so proud of her!! Addie has the bootie shake down that move alone can get her into the class! Tommorow I get to drive to Burley Idaho (I da HO no you da HO)and pick up my missing children! I really miss them when they go> it's like oh great less kids but then it's like oh I really do miss them! Oh and of course they can't ever all be gone at the same time it's always two by two! That wont help my dating! HAHAHA I kill myself ! FYI Traci was the one to add my school picture and I promise I didn't put comments about myself from myself just in case you thought I really lost it!

When Tamar dropped Palmer off at my house on the first day of school I was told by our mom to get a picture. So here it is. Isn't she the cutest college girl you ever did see!?

Kids + Life = JOY

So everything in my house is calming down ,but I'm sure only for a minute! The Girls seem to be doing well in school. Teah loves seminary. Teah also is taking a fashion class so now she might be able to use her sewing machine. I can't wait tell she can make me clothes. Cortney loves the boys and being the aid for the office. Thats a perfect job or class for her (I don't know what to call it). She has always loved playing teacher now she gets to do all the grunt work! If you ask her how the rest of school is she will give her famous answer "Boring"or sometimes she switches it up and says "Stupid". Cortney and Palmer are going to Idaho this weekend, again with the sharing not my favorite! Cort will stay with The Herrick grandparents while I send my son off to the house of #$*%!! I will just pray and pray that they will be safe. Mike Hates me again nothing new but it scares me when he gets that way! During church this week Palmer found his veins on his wrist and new he was turning into spider man .They were blue and red and his sister showed him a bug bite on his hand that was all it took he new he would be spider man in a matter of minutes. He also told us, well really Cortney that the reason he asks so many questions is because he can talk. Does that mean that for all the years he couldn't talk he has been saving those questions to ask now? Poor Palmer got shots today 6 of them to be exact he was so brave the nurse gave him a couple books she felt so bad for him! He also had to pee in a cup he thought that was the craziest thing ever he kept telling me" Mom we don't pee in cups we pee in toilets" I kept telling him just at the doctors we do sometimes he still thinks we're nuts! Rhegan Just loves school as far as I know she has no complaints. She did get called to be the Beehive Secretary in our ward! She loves that she did it up in Idaho. All three of the girls and my mom went to the temple last week and did baptism for the dead. One of the things that they love to do. Jeremiah is suppose to get us more names to do for our family and them I can go too!! I love school it is keeping me busy but that means less time for me to get in trouble! Homework sucks but I want to learn this time so it is better. It is a good thing my mom loves to be a teacher and is more than willing to read my papers because my papers might not be that well written without her!! Is that cheating? We got to see Jordan and Cali and Kaden it was great that little boy is to dang cute he can't be my brothers!! Belly Dancing classes are coming to an end and that means we have to dance in front of people!! I think I feel a cold coming on ! No really it will be fun I get to stand in the back so you can't see how many times I mess up! More pictures to come soon I hope. I tried to take some in the mountains Saturday when we went up there but they didn't turn out to well. We decided to come home after Cortney and Rhegan lost a shoe in the river and a walkie -talkie in the river too! At least we didn't loose them!! Well I can't wait to see what this week will bring hopefully more joy and laughter!

I Made It !!

So I did it my first day of school is finished!! I really think I'm going to like it! I only got lost once and sat in a Statistic class for a few minutes before the girl next to me asked if this was Statistic 1010 I said I hope not! She was right. I had an hour break so that was fun! Books cost an arm and a leg or they lady said she would take my first born. I said sure thing she is 14. She changed her mind she did the teenage thing and didn't want to do it again!! I think Bio. will be my hardest but it will be a challenge! Got to end this short Palmer is calling for me I must run!!

The night before

So tomorrow is my big day! After getting my girls in school it is finally my day. I feel like it's going to high school for the first time. I went up to the school to check things out and there are so many babies there! They all look like I could be their mom. It's a good thing I'm not going to school to find man! I don't think their parents would like that very much. Really I am very excited I don't think I will be able to sleep very well tonight. Traci gets Palmer at 8:00 in the morning. She is so cute she got him his favorite cereal Coco Puffs his life will be complete now! hopefully I wont be late my first day but me on time that's funny!!! I can't wait to get into the swing of things so my life can run smooth and I'll have no drama just fun things to tell about! Well I need to go to bed so I can get up at 5:00 and go to the gym. Maybe I'll find some one to play with at the gym? My mom and Traci go but they don't count I cant kiss them. My mom says I can't find some one to kiss because I can't stop at that what does she know?!

I got some cute pics. of the girls on their first day I'll have to get them up some how! Oh yeah Teah and Rhegan made it back safe and sound form Wisconsin. Teah came back Black not Brown she took very well to the other life. Rhegan came back and she is still brown she had fun but missed us a lot. Their dad took them to get their "hair did" and They look great. Its amazing how great their hair is when you know what to put in it. I think I did a good job for being a white girl!! But now they have these silk wraps that they wear to bed I want one too!! I told them they should start a fad and wear then to school they said NO! Oh well I'm still going to get one!!

Joy JOY Joy

I'm Freaking out I have not been to school since I had Rhegan That was High school 12 years ago!! What am I thinking trying to go now!! It is bad enough trying to get my kids in school $210 later so much for a free education!Then I found out that the papers I got for My Cortney are no good to get her in school here!UGH!!! Now we are going through the courts here I got everything filed so hopefully they will let her in now. Oh yeah I had to run a background check on her! Yeah,Cortney she is such a wild child. I don't get it can't anything in my life go smooth? NO! I would have nothing to blog about then.

Teah and Rhegan are in Wisconsin with their dad for the first time ever! They seem to be happy and having fun and that is what we hoped for! They come back on the 16th and school starts on the 18th. I'm glad we will have time to get them ready for school! Their dad said that they told him they didn't start until they 24th Hello that's Idaho!! That would be why parents should talk not teenagers. I do miss them but some of the teenage attitude is ok to not have to deal with.

I'm so lucky to have a sister who is willing to watch my boy for me when I'm in school. He will be in preschool in the morning and stay with her until I get home. One good thing about being poor is the state will help pay for daycare as long as I work 15hrs a week and they will pay Traci so I don't have to put him in a daycare center. I just hope Palmer and Addie will not drive my sister crazy!!! A 2 year old and a 3 year old plus chunky baby. I love you Traci just remember that when you want to lock them under the stairs! I love you and its ok with me they might like it!

The Joy off being a Woman

Boy did I have some fun today! My mom and I decided that for fun on a Thursday we would go to the urgent care and find out whats going on with this pain in my side(not the kids). Well the Doc. seems to think maybe I have a cyst on my ovary OK maybe I do it is just the size of a ping pon ball no big deal. The fun begins when he decides that maybe I should have a pap just to see whats going on . (What can they see really its dark in there ) He then tells me they want to check my rectum too! Because the other was just not enough fun we need to add more! Well the good news is My little lady looks great I don't have crummy diaper ides(what ever its called I think he made that up). They say it should pop on its own. Teah then says our family prayer tonight and asks God to bless me and that my thing pops good! Whats that? She makes it sound like a big zit! I just want to know if I'm done having kids can't they just take them out they really cause me a great deal of problems I'm done so what if I go through they change before my mom why should she get all the fun!!

The Joy of going back to school!

So much for the right to a free education! It is going to cost me close to $200 this year to get the kids in school. That doesn't enclude the school supplies or clothes. It would be nice to be back in elementary school again! Jr. High stinks and High school will be worse. Teah is a freshman but still goes to the Jr. High. Poor Rhegan she was in middle school last year in Idaho and had to start out as the baby of the school and this year she starts at the bottom again! Cortney has never started school in a new place so she gets to really start over. It will be good for them to get out there and make new friends. I don't have much room I don't want to make new friends! I have enough family around here that I should never be bored!! I did it I took my placement test I did pretty good on my english(you would never know my mom still re-reads my stuff) my math left something to be desired! So now I will go and meet with an advisor who will tell me how the heck I'm going to pay for my own schooling!! Hey when I go back to school do I get new clothes??

Fireworks

So now that I'm back in good old Utah I get to be a part of Pioneer day!! Great, right! Well, it's weird to have the whole state shut down but really who would complain but me! My only complaint is we (mom dad Traci and me and my gang) thought we would set off Fireworks for fun because who doesn't like to blow things up. So we open our box of works and the things we thought were fireworks turned out to be a whole box of poppers. You know the kind that you pull the string and out pops streamers - how boring!!! Especially after spending $30 on what we thought looked like a great box of things to blow up!! The little kids thought it was great, but my mom and I, well that was a different story. We did get one box of sparklers and Palmer was so careful not to touch the fire but when the fire went out he thought it would be safe to touch the burning hot metal wire. Needless to say my ice water, that I never leave home without, quickly turned into a finger bowl. Then my mom started to stick all of the sticks into my water. Now I'm going to have to get a new cup because I know it will forever taste like sulfur and metal. I'll never be able to drink water again!! Yes, I'm a big baby - no wait that is Tricia I'm the Princess!

My Kids

So, I think I'll start with my kids.

Teah is my oldest, she is 14 going on 35. She and I must have drawn straws up in heaven to see who would be the mom and who would be the daughter. I won but she forgot that she made the deal to let me be the mom! She and I can be like oil and water at times. She is my best babysitter and my best laugher. She has got one of those laughs that make you laugh even when you want to be mad! I also love to listen to her sing. I wish she would stop growing. My goal was to be taller than my mom, I did that, I'm 5'4'' and my mom is 5' 2'' well Teah is 5'8''- not even cool!! She will be in the 9th grade this year. I guess that makes her a freshman - great! What's in store for me now!!!!


My Cortney - what can I say about her - well she is my vegetarian but loves bologna. She is my "Blondie" and sometimes she fits the blond stories, but she is also my straight "A" honor roll child. She is going to be my smallest girl, which is fine with me. They don't all have to be bigger than me!! She is by far my cleanest child, in fact we joke that if you leave it out and turn your back on it she'll put it away. Where she puts it - well that's the joke! We can't find it! She is also my fashion princess - she always has to match - shoes and earrings and belts. I think if she could live on chocolate she would. Her life is over if she can't have some kind of junk at least once a day. She also is in love almost every other day with some boy she saw or watched on T.V. I think when she finally starts to talk to them I might have to worry, but right now it is all from a distance - that's pretty safe, right?!!


My Rhegan - she was my baby girl for 9 yrs. before I got crazy and decided to have another. She is by far my most affectionate child. She worries me - I think she is going to have an ulcer before she finishes jr. high. Her emotions run very deep. She has to be one of the most playful kids I've met in a long time. I think she is going to be like her gramma and never grow up! She has got the best hair in the world it's the ringlet curls that boing like a spring when pulled. I'll never forget the day I saw her dance - I mean dance - like I never even knew she could! The moves she had! What can I say? She gets it from me! RIGHT?!! She also has a wonderful voice, in fact all three of them should make me a CD about how much they love me! Rhegan is so kind to everyone and makes all feel loved when they are around her.


Palmer - aka Spiderman! He loves his spiderman - in fact he will answer to Peter Parker. It all started with Papa walking him all over the walls singing the spiderman song. For the longest time after that he would run to the walls and try as hard as he could to climb them. He soon gave up on the walls and started to do what looked like an army crawl to us mere humans but really he was "Climbing!" I love having a boy because he loves me the most!! His sisters don't like me at times, but he still does! My goal was to not have him grow-up but he begged me and begged me to let him - so I've decided that he can grow just a little bit but that's it! We'll see how long that lasts! He loves his sisters and tells me all the time that he has good sisters and never lets me leave them in the store and run away. He makes sure they are coming too. Good thing they have him because teens and me - well that is still something to be decided - who is going to live and who is moving out!


My kids are great we have been through a lot the last couple of years, but we are still together. I can honestly say that even though kids can drive you crazy (like when your daughter wants to show what a good driver she is and takes the van through the garage door) I wouldn't trade these kids in for any others!!
